WELLS FARGO BANKING SERVICE CENTER AND AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES Automated teller machines are available at the Wells Fargo Banking Service Center located across from Aisle 12 on the Main Concourse. Additional ATMs provided by Wells Fargo are located on the Upper Concourse at Aisle 19, on Suite Level A across from PR 16 and outside the arena in Star Plaza. The arena meets or exceeds all requirements of compliance with the ADA and California accessibility mandates. No pets are allowed. CAPTIONING SERVICE STAPLES Center has teamed up with Caption Colorado to provide convenient and easy access to all in arena announcements and emergency announcements made on the Public Address System. Real time captioning is available anywhere, anytime throughout the arena on most browser-based mobile phones. This system allows all guests with an iPhone or Android to view the Public Address announcements broadcast in the arena on their devices. The service is intended for the deaf and hard of hearing community but is available to anyone with the appropriate devices. Visit the STAPLES Center Guest Services Center on the Main Concourse (across from Aisle 12) for more information or a demonstration. There are a limited number of Droid phones that are available to check-out at every Lakers, Clippers, Kings and Sparks game. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver’s license as collateral. This is a complimentary service. IN STADIUM SOLUTIONS (ISS 24/7) TEXT MESSAGING SYSTEM In Stadium Solutions (ISS 24/7) text system allows guests to communicate instantly, discreetly and directly with the venue’s Guest Services Center if assistance is needed in dealing with an unruly fan, a cleanup in their section or any issues or concerns that a guest may feel the need to report. While attending an event at STAPLES Center, fans that need to report an incident or have a concern can text STAPLES Center Guest Services by texting: STAPLES <Space> with the Issue & Seat Location to 69050. STAPLES Center has the texting information displayed throughout the venue including within in the seating and concourse areas. RESALE OF TICKETS The resale of tickets to any event taking place at STAPLES Center is prohibited on arena property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, all purchases should be made through authorized outlets only. SECURITY CHECK POINTS / UNAUTHORIZED ITEMS All guests entering STAPLES Center are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection and a bag inspection. Unauthorized items not permitted inside STAPLES Center include (but are not limited to): • Weapons of any kind • Explosives, pepper spray, mace, tear gas, etc. • Professional camera equipment and recording devices (see below) • Noise making devices including oversized radios or other audio devices • Glass bottles, metal cans, thermoses, etc. (Bottled water in sealed, plastic 92 | CLIPPERS GAMETIME MAGAZINE containers of one liter or less are permitted) • Purses, bags, backpacks larger than 14 inches square • Alcoholic beverages • Water guns, squirt bottles, soap bubbles, etc. • Fireworks, laser pointers, slingshots, etc. • Beach balls, Frisbees, balloons, inflatables, skateboards, skates, etc. • Brooms, poles, bats, sticks, etc. • Food • Wrapped packages • Banners, signs and flags • Pets STAPLES CENTER HAS A NO RE-ENTRY POLICY RULES REGARDING FAN PHOTOGRAPHY / AUDIO VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/ promoter or performer. Use of the following is not permitted: • Lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length • Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind • Interchangeable lenses of any kind • Monopods or tripods • Flash equipment of any kind Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Services Center on the Main Concourse during the event. DURING HOCKEY EVENTS, PUCKS CAN BE PROPELLED INTO THE SPECTATOR AREAS AT ANY T IME ESPECIALLY DURING WARM-UP OR WHILE PLAY IS IN PROGRESS. TO HELP AVOID INJURY, STAY ALERT WHENEVER YOU ARE IN THE STANDS. IF YOU ARE INJURED, ASK THE NEAREST USHER FOR ASSISTANCE. GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT STAPLES Center is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where: • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel. • Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested. • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court, stage or other performance area will be immediately ejected from the venue. • Guests will not smoke in the venue, but in designated smoking areas only. • There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs, clothing or devices. • Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures. • Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior. STAPLES Center’s staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security officer or guest services Team Member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
