Today, Auto Club Speedway continues to be one of the fastest tracks on the NASCAR circuit, and the oval has aged to perfection for incredible racing. In 2017, Southern California’s premier motorsports venue will officially celebrate 20 years of racing with a “Track Reunion” theme for Auto Club 400 weekend on March 24-26 when NASCAR makes its lone annual stop in Southern California. Located near the former locations of Ontario Motor Speedway and Riverside International Raceway, the two-mile, low-banked, D-shaped oval superspeedway hosts over 300 days of track activity each year. Auto Club Speedway is owned and operated by International Speedway Speedway Corporation and is the only ISC-owned track to have its naming rights sold. Located in close proximity to Los Angeles, Auto Club Speedway is home to numerous movies, including the backdrop for the final battle scene in the second “Terminator” movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Auto Club Speedway has also been featured in “Charlie’s Angels,” “Herbie: Fully Loaded,” and “The Bucket List,” as well as television and commercial productions, photo shoots, new car testing, club racing and a variety of racing schools. 12 ANTHEM MOTORSPORTS ANNUAL
