WHO HAS THE POWER TO STOP
It’s against the law for landlords to deny your application, give you the run around, charge you more rent, or steer
you away from a rental complex or neighborhood because of your race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability
or familial status. If you suspect housing discrimination, file a complaint with HUD or your local fair housing center.
To file a complaint, go to hud.gov/fairhousing
