SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/CHIEF SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Todd Taylor, 46, is entering his eighth year with Pacers Sports & Entertainment, as the organization’s Senior Vice President/Chief
Sales and Marketing Officer. In his role, Taylor oversees all aspects of PS&E’s sales and marketing initiatives, including ticket sales,
corporate partnerships, game operations, promotions, branding, advertising and interactive marketing.
Prior to joining PS&E, Taylor was the Executive Vice President of Ticket Sales and Marketing for the Texas Rangers. During his time
in Texas, he was responsible for all facets of the Rangers ticketing operations, including season, group, and individual ticket sales,
suites sales and services, and oversight of the ticket office. He also led the marketing department and played a major role in the
club’s branding initiatives.
From 2006 to 2010, Taylor served as Vice President, Consumer Marketing for the Milwaukee Brewers where he was responsible for
all aspects of ticket sales and services, suite sales and services, consumer marketing, and branding for the Brewers. Building a fully
integrated ticket sales and marketing team led to Milwaukee drawing over three million fans in both 2008 and 2009, including a then
franchise record total of 3,068,458 in 2008.
Prior to arriving in Milwaukee, Taylor was Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service for the Portland Trail Blazers from 2004-06,
where he led the NBA club’s ticketing and retail operations. He spent the previous seven years from 1998-2004 with the Columbus
Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League as Senior Account Executive, Director of Ticket Sales, and Vice President of Ticket Sales.
In Columbus, he is credited with inventing the “Stock Split” and “Stock Split Vesting” programs, which helped the Blue Jackets
record 102 sellout crowds, including 58 consecutive, and play to 97% capacity from 2000-04.
In 2011, Taylor was named to the SportsBusiness Journal’s “Forty Under 40” list which identifies and recognizes the most influential
sports executives under the age of 40.
Taylor is a native of Sidney, Ohio and a 1995 graduate of The Ohio State University. Todd and his wife Jennifer live in Westfield and
have three children, daughter Brynn and sons Keenan and Ian.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/HUMAN RESOURCES
Donna is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Pacers Sports & Entertainment. In this HR Generalist role, Donna
is responsible for helping shape a positive and engaging company culture for all PSE employees so each employee could fully
utilize their talents and perform at a high level in our team environment. Donna’s responsibilities include talent management and
onboarding, benefit and policy evolution and administration, employee relations, leadership development and training, HR Legal
compliance, compensation management, as well as strategic and tactical benefit management and administration for the franchise
which has over 2,000 full and part time employees. In addition to her HR responsibilities, Donna also oversees payroll, worker’s
compensation and employee community involvement initiatives for PS&E.
Prior to joining PS&E in 2002, Donna worked as VP of Human Capital for eSkye Solutions, an Indianapolis-based pre-IPO technology
start up. Donna also spent six and a half years with Sara Lee Corporation’s Meat Group in various HR Roles throughout the United
States. While at Sara Lee, Donna worked in both union and non-union environments and finished her Sara Lee career in Dallas, Texas
as VP of Human Resources for State Fair Foods, a Division of SLC.
Donna is also currently involved in several community boards and initiatives including: Boys and Girls Club of Indianapolis (former
board president), Hamilton Southeastern School Foundation Advisory Council, Hamilton Proper Community Association BOD, Duke
Field Hockey Alumni Leadership Committee and the Forum Advisory Council. Donna’s past community involvement includes:
Management Committee Member and Co-Chair of the Career Expo for the Big Ten Basketball Tournaments, Vanderbilt’s Owen
Graduate School of Management Alumni Board of Directors, Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series graduate of class XXXIV.
Donna has an undergraduate degree from Duke University where she was an economics major and co-captain of the nationally
ranked 1988 Duke Field Hockey Team. She received her MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management with
Beta Gamma Sigma honors and received the Dean’s Award for the Outstanding Graduate. She not only received a great education
there but also met her husband Jeff. Donna loves to cook, travel, be involved with her kids’ school and sports activities, and stay
active in any way she can. A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Donna now considers herself a Hoosier and resides in Fishers, IN
with her husband and 2 daughters Natalie (age 19) and Claire (age 17).
