ALAN WOLKING ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF COLLEGE SCOUTING
Alan Wolking enters his second season
as the Eagles’ assistant director of college
scouting and his ninth overall season with
the organization. Wolking originally joined
the Eagles’ scouting department in 2011
as the club’s Midwest area scout and spent
two seasons in the role before being named
Southeast area scout in 2013. Wolking was
promoted to the assistant director of college
scouting during the 2018 offseason.
Prior to joining the Eagles, Wolking was a
graduate assistant coach at Northwestern
University, where he worked with the
defensive backs from 2008-10. He also served
as a quality control coach, coordinating
scout offense and special teams units
and preparing scouting reports.
A native of Hudson, Ohio, Wolking served
Ohio State’s athletic department in various
capacities while attending graduate school
in 2007. In addition, Wolking coached high
school football at Walter Payton College Prep
(Chicago) and Upper Arlington (Columbus,
Ohio) high schools from 2003-07. He received
his undergraduate degree in marketing and
transportation logistics from Ohio State
University and attended graduate school
at OSU and Northwestern University.
Born September 17, 1979 in Covington,
Kentucky, Wolking and his wife, Heather,
currently reside in Charlotte and have
one daughter, Kate, and one son, Will.

T.J. McCREIGHT PLAYER PERSONNEL EXECUTIVE
T.J. McCreight was hired by the Eagles as
a player personnel executive in the 2017
offseason after spending the previous five
seasons (2012-16) as the director of college
scouting with the Indianapolis Colts.
Prior to joining the Colts’ front office,
McCreight worked as the director of pro
personnel for the Arizona Cardinals for three
years from 2009-11.
McCreight began his NFL career in 1997 as
an East Coast area scout with the Baltimore
Ravens and went on to work for the
organization for eight seasons. In his final
two years with the club (2003-04), he was
promoted to national scout. During his time
in Baltimore, McCreight worked alongside
former Eagles vice president of player
personnel and current Jets general manager,
Joe Douglas, who, at the time, served as a
player personnel assistant (2000-02) and a
Northeast area scout (2003- 07) for the Ravens.
In 2005, McCreight left Baltimore to take
a position as assistant director, player
personnel with the Cleveland Browns.
After just two seasons, he was promoted
to director of player personnel.
A former tight end at Liberty University,
McCreight began his post-playing career
as a receivers coach at Oberlin College in
1993. Following the season, he was hired
as the defensive line coach at Delaware
State and coached there for four years.
McCreight graduated from Liberty University
in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
He and his wife, Linda, have one son,
Matthew, and one daughter, Maggie.
PATRICK STEWART NATIONAL SCOUT
Patrick Stewart was hired by the Eagles as
a national scout in the 2018 offseason.
Prior to joining the Eagles’ scouting staff,
Stewart held multiple positions with the
New England Patriots from 2007-17. He was
originally hired by New England as a scouting
assistant in 2007 and went on to serve as both
an area scout (2009, 2013-17) and pro scout
(2010-12). He has been a part of two Super
Bowl Championship teams (XLIX and LI).
Before entering the NFL, Stewart
worked as an assistant director of football
operations at Temple University (2006)
under head coach Al Golden. Prior to that,
he served as a graduate assistant coach at
Western Carolina for the 2005 season.
From 2000-04, he worked for Jim Tressel
at Ohio State as a student manager while
earning his bachelor’s degree in political
science, which he received in 2005.
Stewart and his wife, Whitney,
have one son, Theo James.
