The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Glazer Family are deeply committed to giving back to the
community. Through financial contributions, we support initiatives and organizations in the Tampa Bay
area that uplift our community and drive social change.

fuels it. We will not accept racial injustice, which has been
responsible for the indefensible murders of George Floyd,
Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and so many others.
Families should not have to worry about the safety of their
children because of the color of their skin. Change for the
black community must happen now and we must lead by our
collective actions. We remain committed to listening and to
effecting meaningful change to end systemic injustice.”

Launched in 2018 with a $1,000,000 Social
Justice Fund commitment by the Glazer family
and directed by Buccaneers players, the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Social Justice Initiative
was created to break down barriers to racial
and social equality.
Focusing on youth empowerment, police
relations, criminal justice reform and
workforce development, the initiative supports
year-round player efforts dedicated to
achieving social justice through purposeful
dialogue and impactful programs that effect
meaningful, positive change in the community.
