When I imagined creating a platform that would
make a difference in the lives of people affected by
autism and their families, I was fully confident that we
would generate tremendous support. What I couldn’t
have anticipated is the exponential success we would
achieve in just two short years.
I am incredibly proud and overwhelmed that our
efforts have raised more than $7 million – with every
dollar dedicated to driving scientific discoveries here
in Philadelphia that will reverberate in transformational
As Eagles, we unite our fans around our objective of
victory on the field. As a unifying force to take action
for autism, we are joined by more than 25,000 people
from around the globe who understand that, together,
we are making an impact.
We are far more than a one-day event. Our Eagles
Autism family has built a movement that is changing
the conversation around neurodiversity. We are showing
that we can both address the needs of people with
autism and celebrate the unique talents they bring.
As an organization, we are living our commitment to
improve the lives of people with autism by creating
a positive game day experience for families in our
Sensory Room. We are actively finding ways to
leverage the abilities of neurodiverse people into
employment opportunities and partnering with others to
do the same.
Over the next year, let’s continue this conversation.
Let’s work to expand our Eagles Autism family to fund
more research, educate more people, advocate for
greater opportunities in the workplace and support
more families. Together, there is no end to what we

Coming off of an incredibly
successful inaugural year for the
Eagles Autism Challenge, the bar
was set pretty high for 2019.
And thanks to the motivation,
commitment and inspiration of
our Eagles Autism family, year
two didn’t disappoint!
We exceeded last year’s
success on every front,
generating $3.5 million for
autism research from more than
25,000 donors from around
the world and enlisting 3,645
participants in our one-day
event. We have also expanded
our awareness and fundraising
With so much momentum,
the Eagles recognized we need
to be smart about how we, as
an organization, take action for
autism. This year we took an
important strategic step to unite
our efforts and intensify our
impact throughout the year.
In launching the Eagles Autism
Foundation, we are showcasing
our commitments and actions,
and better positioning ourselves
to leverage our platform to
change the lives of those
affected. The foundation
encompasses the Eagles Autism
Challenge, Huddle Up for Autism,
Eagles Radiothon, Eagles Public
Practice, the 50/50 at Lincoln
Financial Field and other efforts
that drive our ultimate goal:
Taking action for autism.
In just two short years, our
impact has been life changing
for so many families and it is
all thanks to those who have
graciously answered our call
to turn awareness into action.
While our efforts started with
Jeffrey Lurie and his vision to
bring people together to raise
critical funds for autism research
and care, through the incredible
support of our Eagles Autism
family we have been able to
achieve that and so much more!
Thanks to all who
have contributed to this
transformational year, and I
look forward to continuing on
our path to advancing autism
