heart and soul. Through open dialogue and a postworkout
group chat, participants are able to openly
share their struggles and accomplishments.

MVP members share with each other the most
impactful and troubling effects of their past careers
and current life changes, allowing for unbreakable
bonds to be created.
This brings out a variety of emotions, not only from
those liberating themselves, but from those who listen,
understand, and can relate to the struggles. Members
learn to have faith in achieving their goals, rediscover
themselves, and trust others in their lives.
